Elbow
Most elbow problems build through repetitive gripping, lifting, throwing or work activity. Small tendon injuries can accumulate until even opening a door or carrying a bag becomes painful.
Your therapist checks the elbow, neck, shoulder, wrist and hand to find the source of the problem and prepare you for normal activity.
